Directions:
Coming from Spokane on I-90 (headed east): Take the Huson exit (85). Turn left off the exit ramp and go over I-90 and then make a right onto the frontage road. Continue on frontage road for about 2.5 miles, take a left onto Touchette Lane and go .4 miles to Fox Hill Dr. Take a left and park. Coming from Missoula on I-90 (headed west): Take the French Town Exit (89) then turn right off the exit ramp and go to the Stop sign. Then make a left onto the frontage road and continue about 2.2 miles, passing Frenchtown Pond State Park. Take a right onto Touchette Lane and go .4 miles. Turn left onto Fox Hill Dr. and park. Note that Touchette Lane is the first street on the right after passing the end of Frenchtown Pond, and Fox Hill Dr. is the first street on the left after turning onto Touchette Lane.
Lewistown Trial Location: ![]() Sweeting Ranch Directions: Coming into Lewistown from the West you will turn right at the 3rd stop light (1st Ave S & Hwy 238). Coming into Lewistown from the east you will turn left at the first stop light. You will go past an Albertson’s store on your right, continue on Hwy 238 AKA Upper Spring Creek Rd. Stay on main highway and go approximately 10 miles and it will make a 90 degree turn to the right. Stay left at Dangerous Intersection (the turn off to the reservoir.) The pavement ends and becomes a well maintained gravel road. Continue on to the top of the hill and at next junction, stay to the right on Red Hill Rd. Just after you pass mile marker 13 look for the Sweeting Ranch sign on the left side of the road, and turn left just past the black mailbox. You are now on Red Baron Lane. Proceed about a half mile to the house. (Watch out for the irrigation system which may be across the lane.) |
